Approval of Resolution for issuance of Change Order No. 6 to D. Stephenson, Inc. for additional permit fees for the Library Project. The Contractor’s Application and Certification for Payment under Description of Work included “Permit Allowance” and under Scheduled Value included “$51,663.00”. The actual cost of permits including impact fees exceeded the $51,663.00 by $40,705.45 which will be taken out of the $100,000 Contingency Account. Staff recommends approval. Details are listed on the memorandum.

 

Description of Action

It is recommended that the City Commission approve the attached Change Order No. 6 for $40,705.45 to D. Stephenson, Inc., under the terms and conditions and authorize the City Manager to execute same.
